The Summit Emergency Communications Center handles 911 calls for Munroe Falls and neighboring communities, centralizing technology and expertise to support residents and first responders across Summit County.
   

• Stow-Munroe Falls teacher receives $2,000 grant for drumming program (kentucky.com) — Students in the Stow-Munroe Falls school district, including many from Munroe Falls, will soon have more chances to explore world music drumming thanks to a $2,000 national grant. Music teacher Daniel Schneck will use the funds to buy African drums and percussion instruments, expanding a cooperative, culturally focused program that could eventually reach more elementary schools in the district.
