ā¢ Salem utilities superintendent resigns, assistant named to the position (morningjournalnews.com) ā New Waterford residents may recognize former village utilities superintendent Chad Hess, who has just been promoted to lead Salemās utilities department after 12 years serving your community. Hess says heāll keep current projects on track, focus on staffing needs at the wastewater plant, and work closely with his team while the commission prepares for its next meeting on Aug. 20.
