RESTON, VA (March 10, 2015) – Burgeoning talent RaeLynn will embark on the “Music In Our Schools” bus tour, powered by Radio Disney, to celebrate music education and encourage communities to “Always Sing.” The week-long trek begins in Orlando at the Walt Disney World Resort on Saturday, March 7, and makes a stop at Mason Elementary School (Canton, OH) on Wednesday, March 11. The tour launches the 30th anniversary of Music In Our Schools Month (March), spotlighting the benefits music teachers bring to their students and school communities. Mason Elementary School is one of just five U.S. schools selected by Give a Note Foundation in partnership with the National Association for Music Education (NAfME) that will be recognized for its dedication to excellence in music education. Student ensembles at each stop will perform “Always Sing,” a song RaeLynn penned for the initiative. Radio Disney’s on-air personality Brooke Taylor will host the on-site activities.
