The report also highlights a massive $72.9 million sale tied to a planned Canton data center and a $4.75 million Alliance industrial site deal. Sales across nearby townships and cities show an active regional market. 
• Former Green Local Schools teacher charged with rape, sexual battery (akron.com) — A former Green Middle School teacher has been charged with multiple counts of rape and sexual battery after allegations from former students, and he was arrested while living in North Canton. Investigators believe there may be additional victims and are asking anyone with information to contact the Summit County Sheriff's Office. Green school officials say they're cooperating fully and stressing student safety.
