📰 News we're reading

• Parma Heights opens newly resurfaced tennis/pickleball courts (cleveland.com) — Newly resurfaced tennis and pickleball courts are now open at Greenbrier Commons in Parma Heights, giving residents more space to play on upgraded surfaces. Backed partly by a county grant, the $236,320 project revamped courts and pavement, with new fencing, benches, trash cans, and bottle-fill fountains still to come as the city continues sprucing up the park.

• What we learned about where Cuyahoga home sale prices most exceeded county values (cleveland.com) — Home sale prices in Parma Heights have been running about 37% above Cuyahoga County's taxable market values, the largest gap among county suburbs studied. The analysis explains how these differences might influence the 2027 property revaluation and why a higher valuation won't automatically mean an equivalent jump in your tax bill.
