• Woman charged in $68,000 phishing scam against Southern Door Schools (greenbaypressgazette.com) — A Pickerington woman has been charged in Wisconsin with two felony counts tied to a phishing scheme that allegedly diverted nearly $68,000 from a school district into her accounts. Investigators say the money was quickly converted into cryptocurrency and sent to multiple digital wallets. She told authorities she believed she was helping a long-distance boyfriend and is due in court July 27.
