The developer will fund over $51 million in new mains, storage, and pumping, but Piqua cannot charge special fees if usage stays low, leaving questions about long‑term costs for local ratepayers.

Ballet classes returns to YWCA Piqua June 4 (miamivalleytoday.com) — Young dancers in Piqua can sign up now for June ballet classes at YWCA Piqua, with sessions for ages 4-6 and 7-8 on Thursday mornings. Longtime instructor Patrice Link will lead the four-week program, and families can register by phone or email with the YWCA.

Families, educators, and business leaders gathered for the 62nd annual ceremony, which featured new four-year awards, local sponsors, and special recognition for students balancing rigorous coursework with activities, work, and service.
   

4. Reminisce: The rise and fall of interurbans in Lima (limaohio.com) — Early 1900s interurban rail once linked Lima directly to Piqua, giving residents along the line easy rides, mail, and freight service long before highways and cars took over. This historical look back traces how the Western Ohio Railway grew from McBeth’s Park excursions to a 112‑mile network before shutting down in 1932.
