Now settled in Poland after careers around the country, he writes a monthly scam-awareness column and remains deeply involved with ROTC alumni and the Veterans Resource Center, emphasizing service to both country and community.
   

• Annmarie Fabilli, Struthers, Ohio (wkbn.com) — A beloved former grade school teacher who spent part of her career in the Poland school district has died at 96, leaving a legacy of dedication to education, the arts, and family. Friends and former students from Poland and nearby communities can honor her at a Celebration of Life on Friday, October 2, in Boardman, or with donations to arts or Alzheimer's causes.
