• Chippewa Local Schools begin year with fall traditions (centredaily.com) — Chippewa Local Schools kicked off the year with hands-on lessons, fall sports, and a Hometown Heroes Night that included a banner honoring Rittman Police Sgt. Scott Ries. The district is also asking voters to renew its 1% earned income tax this November, which funds daily operations without raising the current tax rate.
