• Rocky River Brewing Company reopens after devastating 2025 fire (cleveland19.com) — Rocky River Brewing Company on Center Ridge Road is back open nearly a year after a 2025 fire caused $3 million in damage and injured two firefighters. Crews had to remove and rebuild the entire roof system, but the owner says the lights are on, the grill is hot, and the taps are flowing again as of June 1. 
• Gilmour vs. Rocky River boys lacrosse: Pirates dominate second half, eliminate Lancers in first state tournament appearance (news-herald.com) — Rocky River High’s boys lacrosse team is heading to the Division II state championship after a 14-11 comeback win over Gilmour in the state semifinal. The undefeated Pirates, now 16-0, used a huge third quarter, standout play from Connor Nesbett, Ryan Taylor, and goalie Gordon Hudson to punch their ticket to the June 6 title game in Columbus.
