• Rocky River council to consider $10.9 million Lake Road project (cleveland.com) — Rocky River City Council is set to vote Monday on a $10.95 million contract for a major Lake Road reconstruction and water‑main improvement project, one of the city’s largest in years. Work would replace aging infrastructure, upgrade markings, and be phased to keep access open, funded largely through city capital and sewer funds plus Cleveland Division of Water support.
