• Tri-state farm honors Dolly Parton with corn and sunflower maze (local12.com) — Burwinkel Farms in Ross has turned its corn and sunflower fields into a Dolly Parton–themed maze, giving locals a new fall attraction to explore daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The family-run farm created the intricate design largely by hand, honoring Parton’s music, generosity, and wide-reaching influence with a playful, walkable tribute.
   

• Ross Township officer injured after being hit by suspected impaired driver (wlwt.com) — A Ross Township police officer was hospitalized with non-life-threatening injuries after being struck by a suspected impaired driver while directing traffic during the Ross Local School District homecoming parade. The crash happened at Cincinnati Brookville Road and Hamilton Cleves Road, and police say the driver appeared to be under the influence of drugs at the time.
