• Suspected drunk driver indicted in fatal Pepper Pike crash that killed off-duty firefighter (cleveland.com) — A suspected drunk driver in a fatal Pepper Pike crash that killed an off-duty North Randall firefighter has now been indicted on multiple serious charges, after initially appearing in Shaker Heights Municipal Court. The case, which involved a high-BAC reading and a disabled car on Fairmount Boulevard, will move next to Cuyahoga County Common Pleas Court for arraignment. 
• Ex-boyfriend fails to heed legal advice on graceful exit: Hunting Valley Police Blotter (cleveland.com) — A harassment case tied to an ex-boyfriend from Michigan is now pending in Shaker Heights Municipal Court after the suspect turned himself in to Hunting Valley police. The blotter also details a resolved trespassing concern on Fairmount Boulevard, where a driver explained he was simply revisiting a classmate's childhood home during a reunion weekend.
