• Students inducted into thespian society at SHS (sidneydailynews.com) — Sidney High School drama students were recently inducted into the International Thespian Society, recognizing dozens of local teens for extensive theater work and strong academics. The student-led ceremony highlighted performances, new officers, and seniors, and also revealed next season’s shows: a touring production of “A Charlie Brown Christmas” and a spring 2027 run of “Mamma Mia.” 
• Memorial tribute held at one of Motorcyclist's favorite places to eat (sidneydailynews.com) — Friends and fellow riders in Sidney gathered Tuesday at the Tacos Jalisco food truck, outside the Clark gas station on West Michigan Street, to honor motorcyclist Omar Rivera after his fatal crash. A shrine with his favorite Ramen Birria meal, drinks, and photos highlighted stories from close friend Nikki Jones and members of his riding group about his generous, upbeat personality.
