Doctors from Akron General Sports Medicine will be on hand to perform physicals at Stow-Munroe Falls High School. Call the high school's Athletic Department to schedule an appointment. Athletic forms can either be downloaded from the Ohio High School Athletic Association website (under the Sports Medicine tab), the Stow-Munroe Falls City Schools website (under the Athletics tab), or can be picked up at the high school's Athletic Office.
