• Severe storms hit Northeast Ohio with a larger, more dangerous cluster still approaching (cleveland.com subscription) — Strongsville is under a severe thunderstorm warning this afternoon as powerful storms sweep across Cuyahoga County, bringing 60–70 mph wind gusts, torrential rain, lightning, and the risk of downed trees and power lines. Residents are urged to move to interior rooms, avoid flooded roads, and keep multiple ways to receive warnings as an even larger storm cluster moves in this evening.
   

• Northeast Ohio Industrial Market Turns a Corner (rebusinessonline.com) — Strongsville's industrial properties, along with nearby Medina County, are outperforming much of Northeast Ohio thanks to their prime location on the I-71 corridor and tight supply of smaller manufacturing buildings. For local businesses and property owners, that means low vacancy, rising rents, and continued interest from manufacturers seeking well-located space near major highways and the Port of Cleveland.
