• Former police officer facing charges after incident at Cleveland bar (cleveland19.com) — A former Village of Timberlake police officer has been charged over how he handled an off-duty security job at a Cleveland bar, and he resigned from the Timberlake Police Department this week. Prosecutors say he misled people into thinking police were officially investigating after shots were fired outside the bar. Several others connected to the incident are also facing charges.
