• Court Update on Caleb Flynn (tippgazette.com) — A Tipp City man’s upcoming murder trial is moving forward after his defense team withdrew a motion seeking limits on public records releases and he waived any challenge over a potential court conflict. The case, involving the February shooting death of his wife at their Tipp City home, is set for trial April 28, with a final pre-trial hearing on April 16.
