ā¢ Jefferson County Land Bank breaks ground on new home (wtrf.com) ā A new three-bedroom affordable home is now under construction at 4th and Meyers Streets in Toronto, funded through Ohioās Welcome Home program. The Jefferson County Land Bank says qualifying buyersāearning 80% or less of area median income and completing a year of HUD counselingāwill be able to purchase it below construction cost, helping fill empty lots and attract families and businesses back into the neighborhood.
