ā¢ Central Ohio events planned to honor 25th anniversary of 9/11 (dispatch.com) ā Upper Arlington will host the Central Ohio 9/11 Memorial Stair Climb on Sept. 13 at Marv Moorehead Memorial Stadium, inviting residents to honor fallen first responders with a symbolic 110-story climb. The guide also highlights numerous other remembrance ceremonies, services, and volunteer opportunities across central Ohio, from Statehouse flag displays to community stair climbs and theater performances.

Led mainly by an occupational therapist, with one session from a physical therapist, the series teaches practical energy-conservation strategies, gentle exercises, and daily routine adjustments to manage tiredness more effectively.
