He pleaded not guilty to felonious assault in Warren Municipal Court and is scheduled to return to court on June 9.

Prosecutor says charges will not be filed in October officer-involved shooting in Warren (wkbn.com) — Warren residents are learning that no charges will be filed in the October police shooting of a Bristolville man after a multi-agency chase that ended on city streets. Investigators say the man pointed a realistic replica gun at officers in Warren before being shot, and the prosecutor concluded the officers’ actions were legally justified. State investigators are also reviewing a separate, more recent Warren police shooting.
