Child injured after being struck by Warren firetruck (tribtoday.com) — A 10-year-old boy in Warren was hospitalized with suspected serious injuries after riding his bike through a stop sign at Nevada Avenue and Union Street and being struck by a city firetruck. Police cited the child for failing to stop and noted he wore no safety gear, while the firefighters were uninjured and the truck sustained only minor damage.
