• Wellington Kiwanis Parade of Flags to continue in 2026 (morningjournal.com) — Wellington residents can again sign up to have American flags placed in their yards for five major patriotic holidays as the Kiwanis Parade of Flags returns this summer. For $30, participants support a new playground at Union School Park, with displays also planned at key village landmarks. The club hopes to raise up to $7,000 and is seeking extra volunteers. 
• LC8 track and field: Keystone boys off to strong start (morningjournal.com) — Keystone’s boys track team surged to an early lead at the LC8 championships, but Wellington’s girls are firmly in the mix, tied for third just 10 points off the lead. The first day at Firelands featured strong distance and field performances across the league, setting up a tight team race as the meet heads into its final events.
