Avoid Part Of Dover Center Road Through Early June

WESTLAKE, OH — Drivers are being told to avoid a portion of Dover Center Road as construction hampers traffic. Delays are expected in the area through at least June 5, the city of Westlake said.

Dover Center will be under construction between Center Ridge Road and Hilliard Boulevard. Drivers should find an alternate route around that area, if possible.

Bassett Road, between Dover Center and Hilliard, is also constricted due to construction, with only local traffic able to go west.

Crews are doing concrete roadway and catch basin repairs on Dover Center and a waterline replacement project on Bassett Road. More information on the city's construction projects can be found online.
