• Wintersville woman killed in wrong-way crash on Route 22 in Pa. (heraldstaronline.com) — Two Wintersville residents were involved in a deadly wrong-way crash Sunday night on U.S. Route 22 near the Burgettstown exit in Hanover Township, Pennsylvania. Driver Dawn R. D'Andrea, 53, died at the scene, while 21-year-old passenger Cortae Elder suffered serious injuries and was flown to a Pittsburgh hospital, along with the seriously injured driver of the other vehicle.
