Local traffic will still be allowed, and the city plans to repair the base, fix any sewer issues, pour new concrete, and then fully pave that section within the next month.

Texas man pleads not guilty in Austintown shooting (wkbn.com) β In Youngstown, a Texas man has pleaded not guilty by reason of insanity to felonious assault charges in an Austintown shooting that cost a local man his leg.
