Foodworks Alliance is so excited to host the 8th annual Taste of Muskingum Local Chef Competition!
This event has become a local favorite, where 6 local chefs go head to head with a tasting menu, letting the guests ultimately decide who is Muskingum County's TOP CHEF. Besides the delicious food, guests will also have the opportunity to bid on auction items, try some local wine from the local wine pull, or win other goodies through the games that will be going on all night long.
Funds raised for this event support Foodworks Alliance, a 501(C)3 that helps small and aspiring food businesses to get their start. Foodworks offers affordable membership to the kitchen incubator, which gives entrepreneurs access to a fully licensed kitchen, support with building their businesses, and guidance along the journey. Our staff is comprised of women from the Recovery with a Purpose Program, a training program that gives women in recovery a chance to learn kitchen skills, life skills, and a sense of purpose and connection to the community at large.
