• Oklahoma launches program to boost reading scores (kten.com) — Ardmore City Schools is among the first in Oklahoma to pilot a new, privately funded literacy initiative aimed at boosting student reading scores. Local teachers will get added coaching support, including a dedicated reading coach at Will Rogers Elementary, with progress tracked through benchmark tests and simple at-home reading time encouraged for families.
