Second Saturday Silents at the Circle Cinema

Here is an historic attraction on "The Mother Road," Old Route 66, "Second Saturday Silents at the Circle Cinema" series. This year we are featuring films from 1926, screened on Tulsa’s last original 1920s theater with live accompaniment by Bill Rowland on our original 1928 pipe organ, with walk-in music by Circle Cinema Staff Organist Mike Huffman. On October 10th, both movies are drawn from 1920s popular newspaper cartoons. The cartoon stars Mutt and Jeff, while the feature film is "Ella Cinders" starring Colleen Moore. The historic Circle Cinema is located at 10 South Lewis (Old Route 66) in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and admission is $8 for adults and $5 under 16.
