• Obituary: Ida Grant Burris of Mountain Home (stuttgartdailyleader.com) — Funeral services for longtime Okie Ida Neoma Grant Burris will be held in Checotah, giving local friends and relatives a chance to pay their respects. Born in Pocasset in 1929, she spent decades in jewelry sales and ministry alongside her husband Paul, and is remembered by a large, loving family across Oklahoma, Arkansas, and Texas.
