• Oklahoma Refinery Begins Construction for $400 Million (inspenet.com) — A new $400 million refinery is beginning construction on Duncan’s historic former Sunray/Sun Oil site, promising 75–80 permanent jobs and hundreds more indirect positions. Using lower-emission technology and expandable capacity, the Green Fuels Operating plant is expected to boost both Duncan’s industrial revival and the broader regional fuel supply for years to come.
