• Electric cooperative expands power needs (okenergytoday.com) — Mooreland’s Western Farmers Electric Cooperative plant is part of a growing regional power network as WFEC adds a major 404‑megawatt natural gas project at its Hugo facility to meet future demand. The cooperative, which operates seven generating sites including Mooreland, is investing in a new 43‑mile gas pipeline and long‑term capacity planning to keep electricity reliable for member communities.
