• Oklahoma mobile home residents haul water after $11,000 bill triggers 3-day shutoff (thecooldown.com) — Twelve households at Blue Sky Acres in Muskogee recently went three days without running water after a sudden $11,000 bill led to a shutoff, forcing residents to haul water by hand. Management is working with Muskogee County Rural Water District 1 and emergency aid programs, including local tribal and community foundations, to restore service and help residents cover the balance.
