• Owasso proposes widening 96th Street, adding city's first major roundabout (fox23.com) — Drivers in Owasso could see big changes on 96th Street as the city moves forward with plans to widen the road between Mingo and Garnett and add its first major roundabout at 96th and Mingo. The project, now 60% designed, also includes new sidewalks, bike lanes, and a safer entrance for Bailey Elementary, with construction targeted to start in fall 2027 and last about a year.
