Current state of the pool:
Perk Development has planned for building a pool on the Community Benefit Parcel section of their Gravel Point Phase II Master plan development, approved by the City in January 2026
After the pool is built, operations will be managed by the Bandon Pool Board via an endowment fund, from private donors (no new taxes or bonds). We have $680,000 of the estimated $3.5 million needed for the fund. We will begin fundraising to fill the gap as phase II progresses.
