Beaverton Woman Killed While Crossing SW Farmington Road: Sheriff
Victoria Garcia-Flores, 69, was hit near the intersection of SW Farmington Rd. and SW 195th Ave. around 7:30 a.m. Nov. 1.

ALOHA, OR — A Beaverton woman was struck and killed by a car as she was attempting to cross Southwest Farmington Road Wednesday morning, according to the Washington County Sheriff's Office.
Victoria Garcia-Flores, 69, died near the intersection of Southwest Farmington Road and Southwest 195th Avenue around 7:30 a.m. Nov. 1 after she was hit by an eastbound Ford Escape driven by 32-year-old Elias Alfaro-Izquierdo of Aloha, an unincorporated community in Washington County.
Nearby witnesses to the collision reportedly attempted life-saving measures and performed CPR on Garcia-Flores before she succumbed to her injuries.

Police said Alfaro-Izquierdo remained and the scene and cooperated with investigators, who at this time do not believe speed or impairment were factors in the crash.
The Washington County Crash Analysis Reconstruction Team is conducting an investigation, police said.
