First, today's weather:
Cold; a little morning snow. High: 36 Low: 29.
Here are the top five stories in Beaverton today:
- Get the roundup of traffic issues that happened throughout the Metro area over at KGW. Several vehicles were involved in a crash that forced the closure of Southwest Grabhorn Road, south of Farmington. Meteorologist Rod Hill says Tuesday's commute is also likely to be icy, and Washington County is requiring chains along multiple roads. Tap the link to see all the details.
- Highway 47 near Forest Grove was closed after a crash on Monday, according to officials. A head-on collision left one driver injured. The Forest Grove Fire Department is asking folks to stay home to avoid the poor road conditions. (Fox12)
- And there's more traffic news: KATU shares some scary-looking pictures of a car that crashed into a bus in Tualatin on Monday. The crash happened close to Meridian Park Hospital, forcing the closure of Southwest 65th Avenue as rescue workers addressed the scene. One person was injured.

- Here's the latest COVID numbers, courtesy of OregonLive: Oregon reported 3,585 new cases between Thursday, December 23, and Sunday, December 26, with 540 of those coming from Washington County. One death has been reported in Washington County: A 95-year-old woman tested positive on November 28 and died on December 19.
