Portland Police Officer Arrested Off-Duty for DUII

Timothy Robinson is an 18-year veteran of the police bureau.

An off-duty Portland Police sergeant was arrested early Saturday morning in Beaverton for driving under the influence. Sergeant Timothy Robinson was arrested while driving a city-owned vehicle.

Robinson, an 18-year veteran of the bureau, has been assigned to the Drugs and Vice Division. He has been moved to the Telephone Reporting Unit, which is standard procedure.

He was booked into Washington County Jail.

After the Washington County District County finishes their investigation, the case will be subject to an internal probe and a presentation to the Police Review Board.
