City and county leaders stress that exact routes will depend on fire location, and urge locals to sign up for Deschutes Alert and review the Critical Transport Map now.

3. Near 200 women donate to improve access to affordable, healthy food (bendbulletin.com) — Nearly 200 Central Oregon women have pooled close to $30,000 to boost Seed to Table Oregon, a Sisters-based farm education nonprofit that supplies fresh produce to Bend’s Giving Plate, Council on Aging and Family Kitchen.
