• There's other important mail you need to pay attention to — Lincoln County property taxes due Nov. 16 (lincolnchronicle.org) — Depoe Bay homeowners will see a property tax decrease this year because the city’s sewer bond has expired, cutting bills by about $192 on a $300,000 home. Countywide, 2026 property tax statements are out, payments are due Nov. 16, and Depoe Bay’s real market values rose 3.6 percent, with oceanfront properties up about 7 percent and no local areas declining.
