• Local Action, Regional Impact: Volunteers Clean Beaches, Rivers & Community Spaces (cascadebusnews.com) — Gold Beach residents and their dogs joined the Paws for Nature cleanup, helping clear litter from local beaches as part of SOLVE's statewide Beach & Riverside Cleanup. Over 10 days, more than 1,500 volunteers across Oregon and Southwest Washington removed thousands of pounds of trash and invasive plants, showing how small local efforts like Gold Beach's contribute to healthier coastlines and waterways.
