• Oregon National Guard holds memorial services for 25th anniversary of Sept. 11 (ktvz.com) — Gresham hosted a 25th‑anniversary 9/11 memorial at Microchip Technologies, honoring Gold Star families with 300 Honor and Remember flags and a performance of TAPS. Local leaders, including retired Gresham fire chief and former legislator Greg Matthews, joined Oregon National Guard chaplains and officers to reflect on sacrifice, service, and how residents can continue supporting one another.
