Recent City Council code changes now block known bad operators from future licenses and extend regulations to reflexology, as officials share case details with state investigators to protect residents and compliant businesses.
   

• Under new management, Rockwood Bridge Shelter provides a place to stay (theoutlookonline.com) — Rockwood Bridge Shelter in Gresham's Rockwood neighborhood remains open under new management, continuing to house adults already approved for permanent housing. Transition Projects now runs the 42-bed site with a low-barrier, neighbor-conscious approach, allowing couples and pets while asking residents to follow behavior expectations within a five-block radius and inviting local volunteers and donations to support operations.
