• Keizer man accused of kidnapping, domestic violence after allegedly forcing woman into car (koin.com) — A 20-year-old Keizer resident was arrested after police say he forced a 19-year-old woman into a car in northeast Salem, prompting a multi-agency search involving Keizer officers. He was booked into Marion County Jail on domestic violence kidnapping and assault charges, and Salem police say the investigation, including their Domestic Violence Response Team, is still ongoing.
