• Steve Coury hits 300 (lakeoswegoreview.com) — Lake Oswego residents can celebrate longtime Lakers head coach Steve Coury reaching his 300th win, a milestone achieved with a dominant victory over Sherwood and capped by a 301-97 career record. At 69, Coury says he feels great, credits his assistants, players, and LO community, and has no plans to step away from leading the reigning 6A state champions.

• 70, GIRLS, 70 and More to Open at Lakewood Theatre Company (broadwayworld.com) — Lake Oswego theatre fans can look forward to Lakewood Theatre Company's Lost Treasures Collection returning to the Side Door Stage at Lakewood Center for the Arts. The 2026–27 series opens with 70, Girls, 70 in late October, followed by Triumph of Love and 110 in the Shade, all presented in an intimate, script-in-hand concert style with a local cast.
