Owners shared a surveillance photo of the masked suspect, are working with Milwaukie police, and have launched a GoFundMe as neighbors stop by with support to help them recover.
   

• Woman Dies After Vehicle Struck By Amtrak Train In Milwaukie (kxl.com) — A woman died after an Amtrak train struck her car Monday at the Southeast Harrison Street and 31st Avenue railroad crossing in Milwaukie, prompting hours-long road closures and nearby power outages. Milwaukie police, Clackamas Fire, and crash investigators say the car was stopped on the tracks with crossing arms down, and they’re asking anyone with information to contact the department’s tip line.
