- Focus on communities with the lowest rates of vaccination (people who are Black, indigenous or Latinx; low-income or houseless; have disabilities or mental illness; or who live in rural areas).
- Educate and build vaccine confidence through community outreach and engagement.
- Increase access to vaccination opportunities through hosting customized events or arranging transportation.
Applications can be submitted anytime through October 1, 2021. Applicants must submit a project narrative, budget and proof of insurance.
The grant amounts will depend on the number of applications we receive. The $1.1 million in funds, provided by the Oregon Health Authority, must be spent by December 30, 2021.
Please join us for an informational Zoom session at 2 p.m. on Thursday, July 22, 2021. Our team will be available to answer any questions and provide more information about the grant, application process and more.
