Family seeks answers after Portland shooting leaves 23-year-old dead: 'He was so loving' (kgw.com) — A Portland mother is demanding answers nearly a month after her 23‑year‑old son, Titus Rohde, was fatally shot near Tilikum Crossing during an outdoor rave. Family and friends rallied outside the Multnomah County Courthouse, urging Portland Police and the district attorney to move faster as they await arrests and ask anyone with information to come forward.
5. Fall Colors in Portland, Oregon: Latest Updates (news-usa.today) — Early fall colors are already appearing across Portland, with cooler air and changing leaves showing up in neighborhoods, Washington Park, and Hoyt Arboretum. City crews are preparing for leaf-clogged drains while local businesses and tourism groups anticipate more visitors seeking foliage views around town in the coming weeks.
