Oregon Zoo's New Baby Polar Bear is Here and Totally Adorable! [VIDEO]
Nora has arrived from the Columbus Zoo and will move to the habitat in 30 days.

Nora meet Oregon. Oregon meet Nora.
This extremely large bundle of adorableness has arrived at the Oregon Zoo from Columbus, Ohio where she was born ten months ago. She will be in quarantine for 30 days before moving into the polar bear habitat.
That's standard practice for animals arriving at the zoo.

"She seems very comfortable," said Amy Cutting, who oversees the zoo’s marine life area. "She’s a bit jet-lagged, but she ate a big breakfast this morning, went for several swims, played in a big pile of ice and enjoyed some epic back-scratching sessions."
Nora fills a void at the zoo, which earlier this year lost Conrad, who had been the oldest male polar bear in any North American zoo or aquarium.

Conrad's twin sister, Tasul, is still at the Oregon Zoo and zoo officials hope that she will be a mentor/mother-figure to Nora.
"They haven’t met yet, but Tasul knows she’s here,' Cutting said. "She’s very curious, and our keepers are giving her some extra TLC in addition to caring for Nora."
Two Oregon Zoo keepers had flown to Columbus to meet Nora and let her become familiar with them. Then, members of her Columbus team accompanied her to Portland.
