• Oregon Arts Commission Awards $150,000 in Arts Learning Grants to 15 Organizations Statewide (cascadebusnews.com) — Students at Neah-Kah-Nie High School in Rockaway Beach will benefit from a new six‑month vocal arts program funded by a $10,000 Oregon Arts Commission grant. Led by a Portland Opera tenor and held partly at the high school, the workshops will culminate in a public recital and are part of a broader statewide push to strengthen K‑12 arts education.
