• 'La Migra Watch' Documented ICE Raids in Jackson County Aided by Local Law Enforcement, Possibly Breaking State Law (theashlandchronicle.com) — Ruch residents are directly affected by recent ICE raids on local cannabis farms, where 21 people were detained in coordinated operations also hitting Cave Junction and West Medford. Advocacy group La Migra Watch alleges local and state law enforcement helped ICE despite Oregon's sanctuary and anti–for-profit incarceration laws, prompting Representative Pam Marsh to seek clarification and potential action from the state Attorney General.
